Charles Cadic is a french director based in Paris. He is a graduate of La Cambre at Brussels and the Beaux-Arts de Paris (2018), and studied at the Glasgow School of Art. In 2024 he enrolled at Le Fresnoy – Studio national des arts contemporains. His practice straddles the border between cinema, sculpture, architecture and sound. Before Stahr (2025), a short film produced at Le Fresnoy, he directed Cénotaphe (2019), which was post-produced at Light Cone, Paris, and shown at the 40th edition of the Kasseler Dokfest and at the Image Forum Festival in Tokyo.
